The world as you know it is a lie.
Vampires are real. Lycans are real. Even Demons are real. They've been around for centuries, hidden within the shadows. Biding their time when they can live among the humans freely.
When a town was found abandoned, buildings delapitated, cut off from the major surrounding cities. The vampires wanted to act on the opportunity, one in particular, who had a plan to live as normal a life as a vampire could. It was then that she, with a small group of other vampires, made themselves known to the world. They wished to purchase this town, rename it, rebuild it and live there. Have a home, a life. But while the plans were formulated two other races of people came into the light. Lycans and Demons. They went to the Vampires seeking to join the venture, giving more funding to the project.
While finalizing the deal with the humans who owned the small town, a small group of humans wished to have permission to reside in the town as well. Together they chose Hyland for the town name and began work on rebuilding it. Leaders from each race were chosen to help their kind co-exist with the others.
Two years have past and the town is finally ready for anyone who wishes to move in. The town is still quite empty but only time can tell whether that one lonely Vampire's plan with become reality...
